Wayne
With over 18 years in the security screen industry and part of the Davcon team since 2010, Wayne is known for his genuine approach and strong belief in the Crimsafe product. Customers appreciate his honesty, enthusiasm, and commitment to helping them find the right security solution for their home.
James
James joined Davcon in 2013 and brings over 18 years of experience as a Security Consultant. He’s known for his detailed product knowledge and technical advice, helping customers understand their options and choose the most effective Crimsafe solution for their home.
Administration team
The first friendly voices you hear when you contact Davcon, our administration team manages the scheduling of our Security Consultants, handles incoming enquiries, and prepares customer contracts. Their attention to detail and efficient coordination help ensure a smooth and professional experience from your first call through to installation.
Claire
Claire joined Davcon in 2009 as a receptionist and now works as Administration Officer. She prepares customer contracts and keeps paperwork flowing smoothly. Claire also coordinates showroom visits and enjoys helping customers explore the Crimsafe range in person.
Samantha
Samantha joined Davcon in 2017 and is often the first point of contact when you call. She handles appointment scheduling for our sales team, processes payments, confirms scheduled works, and supports general administration to keep things running smoothly.
Technical team
